She's especially proud of her "simple" chicken, it's her unique recipe and as you noticed, her breading is light, crispy, crunchy and quite flavoursome. Hello Piotr, Thank you for taking time to write such a detailed review that will help others understand our philosophy and what we do at Fancy's Kitchen. You made some very insightful observations, particularly how we always ask guests their preferences to ensure everything is just the way they like it. It's true, our food does take time as we always freshly prepare to ensure everything is served at peak quality and even the salad you had wasn't cut until ordered. And as you mentioned, the meal is filling even though the portions aren't huge. We believe this is because we when we eat tasty, natural, nutritious whole food, our brain gets the satisfied signal sooner so we don't over eat. Whereas with junk food, there's no real nutrition or sense of satisfaction and our brain never gets the signal we've had enough so we continue to eat more than we should. Once again, thanks for your review, we really appreciate it!

Fancy is delighted you thought her Phoenix Burger was the best you'd both had, she bakes her own bread and makes her Sichuan Chilli oil and Taiwan Pickle from scratch. Thanks for taking the time to post your review, pictures and video, we really appreciate that! The garnish is a great idea, thanks for that! We used to serve all our dishes with a dipping sauce, but because our unique chicken marinade and breading is so flavorsome , we found that most customers didn't use it, and since all our sauces are homemade by Fancy using costly imported ingredients we decided to offer it as an option on request rather than see her hard work go to waste. Yes you're right, we are different, our chicken could be described as American Asian Fusion, since it's a unique Southern recipe incorporating elements from many Asian countries, whilst the Ghamsaa & Classic are Fancy's own creation and exclusive to us, there's nothing quite like them.
